Twelve years designing products, the last six on enterprise systems at Autodesk: one-click sign-ins and silent updates at global scale. I believe better is always possible and ready to lead what's next.
~10 million people had Autodesk Access installed, but most never updated until something broke. I designed Scheduled Updates so admins can plan updates for their users and end users can keep their desktop products current on their own terms, helping grow active users +251% and cutting outdated-version usage past its year-over-year target.

Every Enterprise SSO setup ran through Autodesk's internal support team: a white-glove process taking 4 to 16 days, with an average of ~418 support cases landing every month. I designed the self-serve experience that lets admins set up, configure, and disable SSO on their own, cutting admin onboarding from 4 days to 1.

Love, Bonito's navigation was built for a startup, and the brand had outgrown it. As one of Asia's leading omni-channel fashion retailers re-platformed for enterprise scale, I led the end-to-end redesign of the site navigation, validating a new mega menu through tree testing and lifting task completion from 12% to 80%.
